Axiom Team in PCI DSS Success Story
Visa and Mastercard now require compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This applies to all who have credit card numbers passing through or stored on their IT systems. Failure to comply can result in severe fines.
With
the help of a team led by Alex Masidlover and Seb James from Axiom
Tech, Medoc Computers, have achieved Payment Card Industry Data
Security Standard (PCI DSS) Compliance at Level 1 as a Service Provider.
Axiom
Director Iain Roberts said "With Visa and Mastercard threatening large
fines for companies not complying with the new standard, we're very
pleased to have worked with Medoc on this project." Nottingham-based
Medoc's customers can also have extra confidence that their financial
information is safe.
