We offer a support service which aims to make your IT equipment last longer, work smarter, meet more of your business needs and make fewer demands on your budget.
Axiom Tech's core business is providing full IT support. Our clients include small and medium sized businesses, schools and other not-for-profit organisations.
Our standard support goes beyond simply fixing problems. We believe the real value comes from building a partnership with our customers, understanding their business needs, objectives and challenges, and then advising on where IT can help.
For example, where a business is looking to allow staff to work from home, we would advise on how technologies, often free online tools, could be used to help. In the case of home working that would include not only giving staff access to files and email but might also include instant messaging, video conferencing, web applications and other collaboration tools.
Our support offerings include:
- Support of all or part of your IT infrastructure to keep you running, including PCs, Macs, servers, printers, wired and wireless networks, routers, VPNs and telephony.
- Advise customers on ways to improve their IT systems to meet business objectives and keep them up to date with the latest developments.
- Implement new services and systems.
- Development services including website and application development and modification.
- Specialist implementation and support services for Linux and Unix servers
We offer both fixed-price and hourly-rate contracts for support.
